FlockOS is our Linux-based open-source operating system for IoT devices specifically designed to meet the requirements of edge application scenarios.
Configurable and lightweight, FlockOS can run on very small devices with low resource consumption, fast flashing, and quick startup times.
A lightweight custom agent controls all IoT apps and Docker containers. And since our focus is security, you benefit from an industry-standard authentication method between the IronFlock cloud and the IoT device.
Full-system updates over the air
With FlockOS, you update devices full-system. In case something goes wrong, FlockOS automatically falls back to the last working version thanks to A/B partition updates.
